Terms of Service
1. Who we are and acceptance
Permuya is operated by Tiauho Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the website or app (the "Service") you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
Permuya combines artwork you provide into finished images. It does not generate artwork with AI.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and must be at least 18. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for what happens under it. If you think someone else has used it, emailhello@permuya.com.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to:
- upload anything illegal, infringing, or that sexually exploits or endangers children;
- upload malware, or disrupt, probe or overload the Service;
- access other people's accounts or data, or get around plan limits or security controls;
- resell the Service, or create accounts or trials by automated means.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Report infringing content tohello@permuya.com.
4. Your content and generated output
You keep all rights in the artwork you upload and in the images you generate from it. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you, including showing it to collaborators you choose. You confirm that you own your content or have the rights to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Our software, design and name belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the Service, not to own it.
5. Plans, billing and renewal
New accounts can sign in and use Permuya. Uploading assets and generating renders require a Creator or Studio plan. See thepricing page for plan details.
Paid plans are Creator at $19 a month and Studio at$49 a month, in US dollars. Each plan has limits on projects, generations and storage, listed on the pricing page. Stripe processes payments. By subscribing you authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method each month, and your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Prices exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it stays unpaid, we may limit or suspend paid features until it is settled. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change, and it takes effect at your next billing cycle after that notice.
6. Cancellation and no refunds
You can cancel any time from the Billing tab in your account settings (Manage subscription), or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not offer refunds for any paid period, including partial periods and unused time. Check the pricing page before subscribing. See our refund policy. Where the law of your country gives you a refund right, that right is not affected.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if your use puts the Service or other users at risk, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can. To delete your account and content, email us; see theprivacy policy for how deletion works.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Keep your own copies of your original artwork and of images you rely on.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes may be brought in the state and federal courts located in Wyoming. This does not affect your statutory rights under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a material change applies; if you do not accept it, you can cancel before it takes effect, and continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept it. Questions:hello@permuya.com.
