Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Tiauho Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us") runs Permuya at permuya.com and app.permuya.com. We decide how the personal data described here is used. Contact:hello@permuya.com.
2. What we collect
- Account. You sign in with Google, so we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
- Payment. Stripe handles payments. We never see or store your card number. We keep your plan, subscription status and billing dates.
- Your content. The artwork you upload and the projects, rules and images you create with it.
- Usage and logs. How much of your plan you have used, your IP address and browser type when you sign in, request logs and error reports.
The marketing site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The app uses one cookie to keep you signed in, and stores display preferences such as theme in your browser.
3. How we use it
To run Permuya: sign you in, store your content, render your images, apply your plan's limits, take payment, keep the service secure, fix errors, and answer your emails. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising. Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and we limit access to our production systems.
4. Who we share it with
We use these providers to run the service:
- Cloudflare for hosting and file storage.
- Neon for our database.
- Stripe for payments.
- Google for sign-in and web fonts.
- Sentry for error reports.
If you share a project, its members can see your name and email address. Our providers operate worldwide, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live. We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect our rights or other users, or to a successor if Permuya is merged or sold.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. To delete your account and its content, email us from the address on your account. We remove your data from our live systems, and copies in backups drop out as the backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule. We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, or to delete it, and where the law gives you more rights, such as objecting to processing or complaining to your local data protection authority, those apply too. Emailhello@permuya.com and we will reply without undue delay. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we act on a request, to protect your account.
7. Children
Permuya is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and email you before it takes effect.
